Freshen up your new day

Grab your tea and hit the track. Morning fitness is mandatory -- try jogging. If you not up to it, get moving with a slow walk. It refreshes and brightens up your day. 
Changing your dress and mixing it up with your footwear will bring in change. Many people find that doing the same thing is tedious and boring -- any small change makes a world of difference. 

Morning exercises helps to "awaken" the muscles and nerves and recreates energy flow lines that spark freshness. Try doing some simple stretches and push ups to begin with. It will keep you fresh all day long. Here is to your new day.
