Supplement your diet with nutritious fruits

Importance of fruits

Fruits are nature’s gift to man. They abound in highly nutritive vitamins and minerals that our body cannot metabolize by itself. These are indispensable since they play an important part in synthesis of hormones and in metabolic activity.

Breaking up food into its components

We get our energy from carbohydrates that supply the sugar which is broken down through digestion. Fats conduct vital elements to various parts of our body while proteins help in the building process. However, without vitamins and minerals our body will be helpless to proceed further. Fruits are a good source of vitamins and minerals.

Eating enough fruits

Make sure to eat some fruit once a day or once in a couple of days. It will augment your metabolism and make your body vigorous. Environment and activity increases metabolism and thus improves health. Good health begins with good food and if your diet includes fruits then you are definite to have made it to the other shore.
