Healthy options when you consider food
Human body is made of living tissue that is constantly growing. For this growth, it needs vitamins, minerals and energy. Carbs, proteins and fats come from the food we eat.
Make it a point to include vegetable, fruit juices and food items containing fiber like nuts to your diet. body builders should have food supplements in addition to regular food since muscle tissues need proteins to grow. This will reduce your food consumption and hence your daily calorie count will drop.
Summer time is time for extreme heat. This means that our body will lose maximum water. Along with water a lot of nutrients are also lost. You have to give back these nutrients to the body. Include leafy vegetables along with yams and nuts for their fiber content.
